Jaipur, Gujarat, Bangalore, Delhi (twice) and now Maharashtra and Gujarat again. How safe is India?

This is really another tragic incident exactly 2 weeks after Delhi Bomb Blast.Yet another blast in Delhi, what is going in Delhi? According to eyewitness 2 bikers were carrying a bag and they just threw the bag in the busy market area and ran away.

According to police explosions were indeed low-intensity bomb blasts. The blast was reported around 2:15Pm today.
